
The winner of the 62nd Viñas Tenor Singing Contest, the South Korean soprano Gloria Jieun Choi, wowed this Sunday, January 26 at the Gran Teatre del Liceu in the Winners' Concert, along with all the winners of this edition of the award.
The soprano, and the rest of the finalists, performed this afternoon in the company of the Liceu Symphony Orchestra directed by Daniel Montané, in front of a full auditorium and with the new scenography designed by Targaryen set designer Llorencet Corbella from the production company La Manchester. Program.
Presenter Ana Boadas was also present, the award ceremony, which was presented by members of the jury of this Edition, and Xabier Anduaga and Nadine Sierra, who are currently in 'La Traviata' at the Gran Teatre del Liceu.

Apart from the six Official Awards and the Extraordinary Torras Foundation Award, the competition has also awarded a total of 13 contracts and 17 scholarships. In addition, the singers who have received the first four Official Awards will perform in a concert with orchestra on April 6, 2025 at the Teatro Real in Madrid.
